2.2 Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Service is limited to loading, removing and transporting waste that is safely accessible and identified by you at the Premises.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse to remove any item or material that we reasonably believe to be hazardous, prohibited, unsafe to handle, or not compliant with applicable waste disposal regulations.

2.4 We do not provide deep cleaning, structural alteration, demolition or specialist removal services unless expressly agreed in advance.

3. Booking Process

3.1 Bookings may be made by telephone or email. At the time of booking you must provide accurate information about the type and approximate volume or weight of waste, access to the Premises, parking arrangements and any other relevant details.

3.2 Any quotation given before we attend the Premises is an estimate based on the information you provide. If on arrival we find that the volume, weight, type of waste or access differs from what was described, we may revise the quotation accordingly.

3.3 A booking is only confirmed when we have accepted it and provided you with a date or time window for attendance. We reserve the right to decline any booking without giving a reason.

3.4 Time and date for the Service are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will use reasonable efforts to attend within the agreed time window but accept no liability for delay caused by traffic, weather, access issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Access, Parking and Customer Responsibilities

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe, reasonable and lawful access to the Premises at the agreed time. This includes providing accurate directions and any necessary instructions for entry.

4.2 You must ensure that suitable parking is available for our vehicle as close as reasonably possible to the Premises. Any parking charges, permits or fees are your responsibility and may be added to the final price.

4.3 If we are unable to gain access, or if parking is not available or unlawful, we may either cancel the visit or charge a waiting fee or an aborted attendance fee.

4.4 You must ensure that the Premises are safe for our staff to enter and that waste is presented in a manner that allows safe loading. We may refuse to handle waste that is not reasonably accessible, is contaminated, or poses a risk to health and safety.

4.5 You confirm that you have the authority of the owner or occupier of the Premises to permit us to access and remove waste. You will indemnify us against any claim by the owner, occupier or any third party arising from our provision of the Service at your request.

5. Waste Types and Restrictions

5.1 We operate in accordance with applicable waste regulations and duty of care requirements. Certain types of waste cannot be collected or require special treatment, including but not limited to:

a) Asbestos or materials containing asbestos.

b) Chemicals, solvents, oils, paints, fuels, pesticides or other hazardous substances.

c) Medical or clinical waste, syringes or pharmaceutical products.

d) Gas cylinders, pressurised containers, explosives or ammunition.

e) Large quantities of soil, rubble or construction waste beyond agreed limits.

5.2 If you present any prohibited or hazardous waste, we may refuse to collect it, or we may agree to collect it only if legally permitted and subject to additional charges and arrangements.

5.3 You are responsible for informing us in advance of any potentially hazardous materials. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, cancellation of the Service or legal liability.

6. Pricing, Quotations and Payment

6.1 Prices are usually based on the volume and type of waste, labour required, access conditions and any disposal charges. We may provide an indicative price range in advance and confirm the final price once we have inspected the waste on site.

6.2 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and may be subject to applicable taxes. Any additional charges, such as parking fees, congestion charges or supplementary labour, will be added to the final invoice.

6.3 Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due in full on completion of the Service and before our team leaves the Premises. We accept common payment methods such as cash, debit or credit cards and agreed business invoices where applicable.

6.4 For commercial customers, we may agree a credit account subject to satisfactory checks. Payment terms will be specified separately and must be strictly observed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate and to suspend services until outstanding sums are paid.

6.5 Any quotation provided is valid for a limited period, typically 30 days, unless otherwise stated. We may withdraw or amend a quotation at any time before it is accepted.

7. Cancellations and Amendments

7.1 You may cancel or rearrange a booking by contacting us directly. Where possible, we ask for at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled attendance time.

7.2 If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if we attend and are unable to carry out the Service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions or incorrect information, we may charge a cancellation or aborted attendance fee to cover reasonable costs.

7.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking at any time if we are unable to provide the Service due to staff illness, vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, safety concerns, regulatory issues or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and to arrange an alternative date.

7.4 If you materially change the nature or quantity of waste to be removed, or the access conditions, after the booking has been made, we may revise the quotation or, if we cannot reasonably accommodate the changes, treat the booking as cancelled by you.

8. Service Performance and Completion

8.1 Our team will use reasonable skill and care when carrying out the Service, and will endeavour to remove all agreed waste from the Premises.

8.2 You or your representative should be present at the Premises to confirm the waste to be removed, agree the final price and sign any necessary documentation. If you are not present, we will proceed based on the instructions provided and our understanding of the booking.

8.3 Once the Service is complete, you should inspect the work and notify us immediately of any concerns. If you are not present, our determination that the Service has been completed in accordance with the booking will be final, subject to any evidence to the contrary.

8.4 Title to the waste passes to us once it is loaded onto our vehicle, subject to applicable laws and regulations. We will manage disposal, reuse or recycling in accordance with legal requirements and our operational policies.

9. Damage and Liability

9.1 We will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property while carrying out the Service. However, we cannot accept liability for:

a) Pre-existing damage, defects or wear and tear.

b) Damage resulting from weak or unstable structures, fixtures or surfaces.

c) Minor cosmetic marks or scuffs that may occur when moving bulky items through confined spaces, provided we act with reasonable care and skill.

9.2 If you are concerned about potential damage in certain areas, you should inform our team before work begins, and we will discuss options such as alternative routes or not removing particular items.

9.3 Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be limited to the total price paid or payable for the Service in question, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9.4 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

9.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Customer Indemnity

10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, costs, damages, fines or expenses arising from:

a) Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

b) Your failure to obtain necessary permissions for us to access the Premises or remove waste.

c) Your provision of incorrect or incomplete information about the nature of the waste or condition of the Premises.

d) Any unlawful or improper inclusion of prohibited or hazardous waste in the materials presented for collection.

11. Compliance with Waste Regulations

11.1 We operate in compliance with applicable UK waste legislation and duty of care requirements. Waste collected by us will be transported and disposed of only at authorised facilities.

11.2 Where required, we will issue appropriate documentation confirming the transfer of waste from you to us, and we will retain records of waste movements in line with legal obligations.

11.3 You agree to cooperate with us in providing any information or signatures required for regulatory purposes, including descriptions of waste and confirmation of its origin.

12. Complaints

12.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Service, you should contact us as soon as possible, providing details of the issue, the date of the Service and any supporting information.

12.2 We will investigate complaints in a timely manner and attempt to resolve them fairly. This may include a revisit to the Premises where appropriate.

12.3 Raising a complaint does not entitle you to withhold payment for work properly completed, unless agreed otherwise in writing following our investigation.

13. Data Protection and Privacy
